Helping with your purchase
There are several government schemes in place to help finance the purchase of your new home, that are available to buyers of a new Ivanhoe Homes home.
Please contact us for further information, or speak with your mortgage adviser, solicitor or mortgage lender, for the latest information on the government schemes to assist buyers.
Open Market Shared Equity Scheme
The Open Market Shared Equity Scheme (OMSE) may allow buyers to purchase their home without having to fund the entire cost with assistance from the Scottish Government.
Local organisers of the OMSE scheme in each council authority area can assist with your application.
